At Luxcedia, we believe privacy is a fundamental human right. Our applications are designed to provide powerful Bluetooth utility tools without compromising your personal data.

                The Short Version: We do not know who you are. We do not track where you go. We only measure the signals you ask us to monitor.  Your device does not pair nor connect to other devices.  It only uploads signal data to our server.
            

1. Data We Collect

Our application is limited to technical signal monitoring. We only collect:

Signal Strength (RSSI): Numerical measurements of Bluetooth signal decibels.
Technical Identifiers: the self-reported row/seat and timestamps associated with Bluetooth packets.

2. What We Do NOT Collect

To ensure total transparency for the App Store, we explicitly confirm that we do NOT collect:

No Personal Information: We do not collect names, emails, or phone numbers.
No Location Data: Although Bluetooth scanning requires system permissions, we do not record or store your GPS or physical location.
No Device Data: We do not access your contacts, photos, or other personal files.

3. Data Storage

The signal data collected is used solely for technical analysis. This data is stored on our secure servers at luxcedia.icu and is never sold or shared with third-party advertisers.
